2. Pay your way

3. Scan and go online

A QR code appears immediately and is saved to your profile. Scan it in your phone settings and you are connected to the local 4G/5G network.

Does my phone support eSIM?

Most phones from 2018+ do — iPhone XR/XS and newer, plus Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy S20+, and most modern Xiaomi / OnePlus / Motorola devices. To check on iPhone: Settings → General → About → look for “Digital SIM (IMEI)”. On Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → look for “Add eSIM”.

When does plan validity start?

Validity starts the first time you connect to a local network in the destination country, not when you buy the eSIM. You can install it days in advance — it only activates on arrival.

VPN-ready plans

Plans for Russia and China come pre-routed through unrestricted endpoints, so Google, Instagram, WhatsApp and other commonly blocked apps just work — no manual VPN setup needed.

What about refunds?
